Explore all the local businesses that Chattanooga’s Southside neighborhood has to offer, visit historic St. Elmo or enjoy the many tourist attractions on famous Lookout Mountain! Our home is a quick 5-10 minute drive from these neighborhoods



Great home base location for major events like IronMan, Head of the Hooch, and other local events!



Getting Around:

-Walkable location. Many Ubers and Lyfts available. City bike rental also available nearby.

*No loud indoor/ outdoor music after 10 PM or before 9 AM – $100 fine

*Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9AM*



*No unauthorized guests – $500 fine per guest



*No fireworks/firearms – $2,000 fine + immediate eviction



*No glitter or confetti – $100 fine



*No street parking – $100 fine (Park in the driveway only)
