Hotel was dirty and poorly run. Imagine a place being so awful it ruins your vacation. Every time we called guests services, they would put you on hold and NEVER answer. We had a 4 night stay and had the cleaners come ONCE. Breaking was disgraceful. Dirty, just dirty.

We paid extra to have a river view but our river view was just a side view if I had known I would not of paid for that and just got a regular room… the hallways smelt like weed and we got woken up to a fire alarm at 5 am with no apologies or any kind of accommodations. I would probably not stay here again.

Made request for crib for the room when I made the reservation, they must have miss it which would have been ok because they did bring us one. Problem was when I called the front desk she was short and seemed mad, one of front desk brought crib to the room, I said thanks twice and she still act p-off. Blackout blinds not very blackout, room was nice but very awkwardly laid out. Shower was extremely slick and so was the pool and hot tub area. Pool and workout area (both were basic and small) on first floor, was nice amenities. Breakfast was eggs bite w/jalapeño and sausage, eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cerel, yogurt, and bread choices. Listed biscuits but there was none, and literally no real protein like bacon or sausage. Waffle batter dispenser was jakky and had to pull waffle out by hand, they did finally bring out a waffle fork. Was included so better than nothing!
