This is a 2-story, long-term corporate rental which has just been renovated - with almost all brand-new everything. This home has hardwood floors throughout most of the main living space with tile in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The entire home has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, along with a half-bath on each floor.
The first floor includes 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bath. It also include living, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The first floor also includes an outdoor deck with a pergola, made complete with outdoor seating and a gas grill.
Climb a flight of stairs and you will be on the 2nd-floor. Here you will find a huge entertainment area which is equipped with large-screen TV, and comfy chairs to enjoy game night, along with a Foosball table and another for board games. Two more bedrooms -each with its own private bath, an office and an outer covered deck is located on this floor. This is the perfect space to enjoy R & R - rest and relaxation after a long, hard day. Your work crews of 6-8 will enjoy all the amenities of this space.
