Customer service when you got there was awesome. Room was clean. Didn't have unfresh smell when you open it the door from it being shut off for a while. Room was spotless nice soft towels for the bathroom. No complaints

You could hear your shoes peeling off the floor it was so sticky. Sink didnt drain well. Shower pressure was constantly changing

It was a last minute trip to Chattanooga, I got this room cause of the reviews but not what I was expecting we got to the room left our stuff when to shop around n get something to eat when we come back we opened the bed and found bout 7 hairs like they didn’t change the sheets we got our stuff and left.

The hotel and our room were very clean! Hank and his staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home and welcome. The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was perfect! Very safe location! 10/10 recommend! I will say Hank and his staff truly made the experience that much better. We were traveling for our son’s graduation from lineman school- Hank recommended good places to eat, always made sure we had what we needed and never failed to make us laugh daily! Thank you Hank and staff for an unforgettable experience!

Hank and his staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home! The hotel was very clean, it always smelled so good, the beds were extremely comfy and the pillows were perfect! Hank and his staff were friendly, helpful, and always had smiles on their faces! Their friendly demeanor made the trip that much better. Breakfast was great, small but perfect!

People hanging out by back door. Halls smelled of marijuana. What they advertise as a hot healthy breakfast was far from it. Apples, waffle maker & yogurt. Nothing more.
