Nice hotel, great location. Minutes away from Lookout mountain depending on what side of the hotel you’re on, you can look out the window and see the mountain. Cracker Barrel is within walking distance and the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating.

Unclean Room & Poor Management My family and I booked a room that sleeps 6. When we arrived, the bathroom had mold stains in the shower ceiling, a permanent brown stain in the tub, and a strong stale odor in the room. We could not even shower in the bathroom. When I notified the front desk, the attendant casually said the stain was “from people working in the tub,” as if that made it acceptable. To their credit, they did eventually switch us to another room to accommodate us — however, the general manager’s people skills were extremely poor. She initially told us we would not be charged for the extra room, yet I later saw the charge pending on my bank account. When I brought it to her attention, her response was simply: “Oh, it’s gonna fall off.” There was no apology, no professional communication, and no reassurance — just a dismissive attitude. For the price we pay to stay here, cleanliness and respectful customer service should not be optional. The room conditions were unacceptable and the way management handled the situation was even worse. I would not recommend this hotel until they address both their cleanliness standards and their customer service training.
