Staff was extremely attentive, tripped over carpet at entrance and fell into door and have a cut on my forehead and a my hand filed an accident report, staff was helpful and concerned. I would recommend removing carpet and replace with something that will not lift.

Upon arrival to our room , the bed linen was filthy with large soiled stains all over the bed linen. Clearly our room wasn't cleaned when the last guest left. You could tell the housekeeper didn't change the linen from the previous guest. The bed was hard as a brick. My wife and I didn't get much sleep on our 4 day trip due to the bed being very uncomfortable. The breakfast was just "OK" they kept recycling the same oh bread , bagels , etc because the food was very stale. The hotel is in a good location but all the food restaurants around the hotel were not up to par. Every restaurant we ate at , the food was nasty. The room had an odor that was coming from the HVAC system. Clearly the filters hadn't been changed because of the foul smelling odor coming from the heat.
