Clean environment, professional staff… just upset we’re in the process of moving and we still have a resident address on my drivers license, for they have not been updated yet, and we were charged a 250.00 deposit because of being resident in Ooltewah, we did not know about that!!! Opposed to, if I had my license updated, where we now reside in Georgia, I would’ve only had 25.00 deposit!!! I don’t get it!!! We will never go back to Holiday inn Express! They took all my money, and I have a sick husband, and we were only here for a doctor visit!! Now I have to wait 5-7 days for it to be refunded!!!! Not happy!!!!!!

I booked this hotel primatily for there being a hot tub. Upon arrival, I was told it was not working, but I could go next door to the sister hotel and use theirs. I asked if I would need a key to access and was told "well, we actually haven't been able to verify our guests accessing it" I explained that I was not interested in being the guinea pig to try to gain access. I made the reservation less than 24 hours of arrival and would have made alternative reservation had I been aware of the hot tub not working.
