The hotel and people were all great. It was the trash collection/dumpster banging for 30 minutes at 4am that put a damper on our sleep.

Customer service was horrible. Had a 2 night stay. Asked for our bed to be made and new towels and they never did it. Asked for our iron board to be switched out because it was horribly dirty and nothing. Kindly complained and they said again they would take care of it and they did not. Black mold on window seal.

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was kind, and the pool was nice. They made us feel welcome with our pet. The night bartender, and daytime server both were kind and gave great service. Front desk was very welcoming.

Poor staffing at breakfast

The breakfast was not free and know one manning the area to even ask about the food choices. Some dude said help your self to a buffet which was poor! Was like typical quality inn mediocre breakfast. I did tell the front desk. She didn’t offer to take the 13.50 per person off my bill. Only said there was a lady over there somewhere and we could have had some different options. Ok when?
