Great location, Ruby Falls and Rock city within 10-15 minutes drive, several restaurants and walmart within 5 minutes drive, many gas stations around, safe area, plenty of free parking, nice friendly and helpful staff, clean, quiet comfortable room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, good amenities, clean bathroom, no hot water problem, Airconditioner/heater worked well. Will stay again.

The lady that checked us in yesterday evening was the absolute BEST! So friendly, kind and personable. She knew the kids were itching to swim and told them the swim hours before I had to ask and also knew we wanted to know what breakfast times were. The A/C wasn’t working in our room but after a while they moved us to another room. Someone in a room near us kept going in and out of their room slamming the door at least 7 times waking us up during the night. . The bed wasn’t very comfortable but the staff assisting with our stay was very helpful & polite.
