The hotel is very nice and clean. I was surprised that they do not do anything extra for their Hilton members. The beds were not very confortable. Pillows were awful compared to other Hilton owned properties. All else was a positive experience from check in to cleanliness to service.

We were looking forward to staying at the Embassy Suites, however, the clerk on check in, a young gal, was anything but welcoming. Our suite, 502, also didn't having a working air conditioner. However, we did order Ruth Chris room service and it was divine. On our return to Chattanooga, we choose to stay elsewhere.

The breakfast buffet is phenomenal! Made to order omelets by a chef. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Love the happy hour reception of 2 free drinks and free snacks. A lot of dining options by the hotel that you can drive or walk to. Shout out to Marsha who checked me in! She was really friendly and energetic!!! We have stayed here several times and definitely will be back. We try to only stay in Hilton hotels especially Embassy Suites beacause it's a gorgeous hotel, wonderful breakfast and amazing rooms!

Our room was very clean, updated, nice furniture and I always love the separate bedroom and living room situation. I don’t like staying at a hotel that only has sitting in the bed as an option for relaxing. The festival Christmas decorations really set the Embassy apart from other hotels. They were elegant and classy, just overall so beautiful!!! Marisa was so friendly at check in and I loved her jokes! Overall
