Several issues

Mold in multiple parts of bathroom, multiple spiders, a leaf bug, a giant centipede. Key cards had to be replaced nearly every time we tried to get back into the room.

The room was ok. No towel holders in the bathroom which is kind of inconvenient. The sofa bed mattress was in horrible condition so I couldn't sleep on it, and I booked that room because I needed to have the extra bed. The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful when I asked for an extra blanket. Breakfast was decent.

DIRTY. the room was filthy. Floors covered in dirt and grime, dust everywhere, hair in the bathroom from the previous guest, musty, outlets hanging out of the walls, shower was broken and moldy, paint chipped all over, key card just stopped working, bedsheets were inside out, hair on the pillows, and burnout light bulbs. the only positive was the breakfast

The desk attendant at check-in was very nice. The lobby was clean. We had a one bedroom suite that was nice but of the two rooms in foyer, there was only one picture on the wall. It made it feel somewhat like an institution. All in all it was a nice place to stay. I would probably stay again. The breakfast area was very clean. The breakfast options were great.
