Lloyd was great at breakfast, really mind and welcoming. The lady who work led the night shift was not very attentive. The AC leaked in our room which is kind of dangerous. And maybe can label the fan switch and other switches, it was kind of confusing. I like the no contact checkout. But the text said 11am checkout and the from but desk said noon, so that was a bit confusing. Overall the stay was okay.

Upon check in the hotel had a real musky smell, dirty towels left in room, foul smell from air conditioner, outdated curtains that were hard to close, stains all over walls, fleas & spiders in room. My husband got bit my something and mold on ceilings
