The fire alarm was missing in our room. There was mold all around the baseboard in the bathroom. Someone was BLARING music until after 2AM. My husband called the front desk several times and they FINALLY chose to do something about it after his fifth attempt. Worst hotel experience we have had. I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here.

The place smells horrid like straight up mold! Bed was somewhat comfortable but sounded like it would break everytime you move. Maintenance was nonexistent. You can tell they do try to clean but you can only do so much. Rooms are very noisy. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else for a little more $$!

I was in room 238 and 240 September 26 checking out on September 27 upon checkout. I brought the desk clerk up and showed her that my door just would push open and did not need a key card. It was very unsafe and on the inside, it had a deadbolt and the Protector of the top was broken so we could not use that as an extra safety feature. The desk clerk witness the door failure multiple times just push pushing open unsafe. Anybody could push the door open and go in while we were out of the room that day on the 26th. The manager text the girl and said we would not be charged for the room and yet there are not even able to be contacted. They did not refund the money and they have refused for choice hotels and Expedia as well when I call the hotel myself the “manager just stepped out “and has never returned my calls This hotel owes me a refund for room 2 38 and 240 as they promised

This is our go to place every single visit to Tennessee we travel there about 3xs a year its close to everything and has restaurants and shopping literally across the street my kids love it there the staff are so friendly the rooms are clean as well

Window need to be cleaned. There were handprints all over it. The mirror in the bathroom needed to be cleaned as well. Other than that it was an average room nothing fancy but fine for a nights rest.

Decent place for a quick lie down

You get what you pay for. This room was a place to sleep for 6 hours before continuing to our final destination. It is an older hotel that could definitely use a renovation but it was clean. The beds were not the best but I repeat you get what you pay for. The breakfast was being made as we were leaving. It smelt good but we did not wait for it to be done to try it

The staff was friendly enough. The carpeting in the room was soiled. A dirty shirt was left in the room by a previous guest. Bedding was not the clranrst. The tub and walls were chipped. The breakfast biscuits were tough, eggs were not done properly. The breakfast selection amwas paltry. Parking was good. The price was low and now I can see why.

Just plain gross!!

The hallways smelled terrible, and the room even worse. We also opened the door to find it unbearably hot, as they had the air conditioning turned off. There was a HUGE stain on the caroet that im afraid to even ask what it was , blood or possibly dog feces?? The fire alarm was ripped off the wall, and the light in the bathroom was just a bare bulb. Lastly as we were leaving our room, the door would even seal shut. Stay away from here!
