Clean and Spacious Room, Breakfast was great, The attendant was very nice and attentive. The front counter staff were all very nice as well as the manager had a very nice and friendly attitude. The front desk was very accommodating as the picture on the hotel.com website shows rooms with two queens and a pullout sofa, however that is not the case. They recommended asking hotels.com to please update their pictures.

A little out of the way. Brand new as of 2026. They offered breakfast on Sunday morning of cold runny eggs, bacon, and a waffle maker. The dining area was large and comfortable. On Monday morning, no breakfast, which disrupted my plans. Everything in the room was fine. The pillows were overly soft. There was a refrigerator and freezer, hot stovetop and microwave. Everything was very new.

Since it’s a newly built hotel, the exterior is very clean, but there are still some areas that need improvement 1. Although it is actually a non-smoking room, it was listed as a smoking room at the time of booking. I contacted both the Expedia customers center and the hotel, but the issue was not corrected. 2. The room I was assigned had not been mopped at all, the trash can hadn’t been emptied, and the bedding still bore traces of the previous guest. Although I was given a different room, the mirror, sink, and other areas were still not clean. 3. Google Maps and Waze are still unable to provide accurate directions to the location. I hope these issues are resolved as soon as possible.
