We had a great time staying in Rodd. This is our first time in Charlottetown, this hotel is beautiful, we like the decor in the room. It is also pet-friendly, there’s also area you can walk your pet , they provided dog bags just in case. The outdoor sitting area looks nice in good weather. The staff and reception and the bar are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great!! Walking distance to the shops and restaurants close by, and waterfront. All over it has been a great time staying there.

It was very hot out and there was no water station for our water bottle re-fills, sure they gave us water in our room but you culldnt fit your water bottle under any tap. no coffee or tea starion either. They have a bar but no water station near it or anything. I waited around for a long time before anyone was there to serve. the pool was not refressing it was so hot and this summer the weather was hot as well very disapointing.

It is a charming hotel, close to downtown with plenty of dining and entertainment options within walking distance. There’s parking on site and the rooms and modern and clean. Not the cheapest but a very good option if staying in Charlottetown.

There was confusion on Expedia with the breakfast option. We paid for breakfast every morning and it wasn’t cheap - Expedia should be clearer about “breakfast options” when booking. We missed the continental breakfast option - this added a lot to our trip as we stayed for 5 nights. Some of the evening staff were not as helpful as the day staff at the front desk. I found this property to be expensive (not worth what we paid). The city was lovely, but I would look for another hotel next time.
