The property was very well maintained. The check in was fast with no problems. There was always someone cleaning the lobby area and the hallways. Everything in the room spotless and everything worked as it should. No complaints about this resort and will rebook if we plan to visit Charlottetown PEI again.

My partner and I stayed here on a busy Saturday night and had the best time thanks to the friendly, attentive staff, especially Jose at the front desk. He was friendly and always greeted us with a smile and hewent above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience - they had two big reservations at the hotel and Jose made sure our room was placed away from those guests, so our evening was quiet. Our room was very clean and the sheets and pillows were cozy. The breakfast was really good too - the hot buffet had scrambled and boiled eggs, turkey sausage patties, pork sausage links, and hashbrowns. The cook (I think it mught have been just one guy) was so good at keeping up with the breakfast crowd that the steam trays only got maybe half empty. They was also an assortment of cereals, fruit, and bread.
