The facility is very clean, the front desk agents were very welcoming and informative about the property and amenities that they offer. The rooms are clean and very spacious. I will definitely come back to the property whenever I visit Charlotte again.

The rooms were relatively clean, although the ways in my room were pretty dirty and in some areas you could tell the paint wasn’t match where they apparently did a rush job to patch things! Overall it was a decent place to stay

Everything was pretty much excellent. The hallways had a funny smell but clean, and the TV didn't work well like the channels had a bad connection. But overall I would rate my stay a 9 and I would return if I'm back that way again. The lady that check us in she was very nice.
