The room was dirty when we checked in food on counters and bathroom not finished. The room also did not smell nice or really look like online photos. We just decided to check out and find a new hotel for the weekend. Front desk was nice and apologetic

First room on the third floor had roaches. It smelled and was noisy. The elevator smells like there's a gas leak. The second room I got moved to on the fourth floor looked a little better but also had roaches and the freezer was dirty.

Terrible experience this isn’t even really a hotel the majority of the hotel is people that live there , it smells horrible the rooms are not clean and it does not match the exterior believe me , on top of that they give you 1 towel no soap no shampoo, and to top it off the elevator does not even work I had to walk up and down 4 flights upstairs with all of my luggage , so disappointed
