The outside and inside of the property was awful the front desk staff was very nice, which was a plus, but also when we requested extra towels, he wasn’t sure if they were gonna be more and there was a roach crawling in the shower leading us to check out at 10 PM.

This hotel appears to be used as an extended stay hotel. Lot of dogs and noise. The woman at the front desk was very rude. Was simply checking out and she became very argumentative with me because I couldn't hear her through the glass wall.

There was no one at the check in...outside doors were locked. We could only get inside to check in (after about 5 minutes) due to a returning patron. Our refrigerator didn't work at all, the compressor would kick in every 5 mins or so and rattle VERY loudly. No tissues in the room. Room was clean and AC worked well..sufficient for one night stay

Let’s start our experience. Greetings and checking excellent Room not clean properly ( linens) (3rd floor) Smell like bleach was poured heavily everywhere Only 2 towels, no mats Wrong bed size 🤔 We booked a king 😞 The hotel have a lot of family leaving there Room above ours ( 4th floor)was walking like elephants or maybe practicing stomping 😞 Overall besides the location and availability around ( food) , also easy access to the interstate. We will not book there again. Price doesn’t not reflect and justify the hotel.com room pictures.
