Overall, a pleasant stay, but I was shocked to see my receipt that included an unrefundable pet fee of $150 for ONE NIGHT. OMG, what a rip-off. Buyer beware, never staying at Marriott again with our dog, anyway.

During our stay we had fire alarm gone off four time at odd hours. One of my family member is wheel chair bound and we had informed this to the hotel, despite knowing this none of the staff ever called to offer help during evacuation calls. The hotel does not have any provision or SOP to evacuate the guest. So far so the reception team members were the first people to run away from their desk instead of taking care of the guest, when the alarms went off. You are off you own when you stay with them.
