Overall great experience property is Very Nice! Host was always available ( Even though we got in Very Late Host Was Super Helpful and responded to any inquiries promptly. The clubhouse Pool is Gorgeous with great lounge chairs and Umbrella tables available. So many different stores restaurants etc really close by rental property. We will definitely look this Host up when Next Wednesday visit family in Charlotte NC

The property is in a perfect location, if South Charlotte is your destination. It's located in a clean, quiet neighborhood not far from SouthPark mall. The area is super easy to navigate & feels very safe. The property is exactly as depicted in the host's pictures, & is a lovely place. The host was very helpful & accomodating. The apartment was clean and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure which was great because I have a lot of hair! 😁 Stephanie was very responsive to any questions before the trip. We would definitely recommend this and would stay again except for the stairs (bad knee so just would prefer first floor) but not a deal breaker because our stay was so nice. Thank you!

Great location but not comfortable for 5 adults.

Great location- close to golf/restaurants/shopping. I slept on sectional (not a pull-out). Not enough cups, plates or towels for 5 people and coffee pot was very small. Deck door did not lock. Bathroom door very difficult to open/shut. HOA needs to update outdoor wooden steps. Dead batteries in master tv remote.
