Everything was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was usual sausage patties, eggs, toast, juice, cereal and oatmeal, coffee. Great location if you have to visit loved one in Atrium Medical Center. Just 8 miles away. Close to 85 and 77.

Overall my room and the hotel was nice, and the staff that I did have interaction with were polite and friendly. The hotel itself is dated and could use freshing up. The area that the hotel is located was not that appealing driving up to check in.

We arrived at 2:54pm, with 10 parties in front of us, and were told we must wait until 3:00 to check in. I do not find that to be quality hospitality, but rather the opposite.

The property needs a heavy cleaning and repair. The room had a smell, fixtures rusty, breakfast was terrible. Employees were ok, but hotel looks and feels old and needs a “fresh coat of paint”.
