We offer a unique and rustic experience for travelers looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted by the charming exterior of the barn, complete with weathered wood and a welcoming front porch. As you step inside, you'll be captivated by the cozy interior, featuring exposed beams, and an inviting living area. The barn is outfitted with modern amenities providing all the creature comforts of home. We have two farm dogs (very friendly) on the property along with chickens. There is also a honey bee farm in the property next to us.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a refrigerator and a Smart TV. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

A perfect Davidson retreat unless you must have a water view

For 15 years I've visited my 98 years old mom in Davidson, always seeking a cottage or smaller home on the water. This time i discovered the very hospitable Manuel's and Elsa's barn like one bedroom. I may never return to the lake. It's perfect in nearly all respects, including the value proposition, tastefully furnished, and very private. Even the rooster is friendly. This is a gem.

The place was really clean and nice. The host was extremely friendly and answered all questions really fast. My wife enjoyed the peace and quiet while I was working. I would recommend this place to anyone. Really great stay
