I love staying at Residence Inn whenever I come to Charlotte. I recommend this hotel for all travelers visiting Charlotte. The staff is amazing and the rooms are just like a home away from home. I visit here 2-3 times a month. You will not be disappointed.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I booked this room for my parents and didn’t get them checked in until late that night. Some of the customer bases going in and out was very questionable, I did not see any security. I suggest more security between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am

Terrible stay. We booked two rooms. Bed broken in one. The other room the tv was broken. We were placed in new rooms- AC broken, another TV was broken. Linens never came despite calling down to front desk multiple times. Had to wake my kids up to walk to the front desk for linens we requested pre booking. No creamer for coffee, breakfast was late. Not worth the 500 bucks I paid for two rooms. Wish I could get a refund
