The location of this stay was perfect! Less than 15 mins from Charlotte and was only about 35min to Hendersonville for the Renaissance festival! The breakfast was okay, nothing to rave about. We enjoyed our stay

Credit card machine was down so they had to write dowqn my card informaiton on paper. There was pot smoking in the parking lot and drunkenness in the parking with puke right next to my car. Lobby bathrooms had to be locked (I assume for security). Honestly, with what we saw, I understand the need for this stance. The staff were very friendly and I appreciate their attempt to make this positive. The environment was not safe feeling in parking lot.
