Great deck outside with gas fire pit below to enjoy the fire flies. Lake Norman State Park which has 30+ miles of hike/bike trails, boat rentals, picnics.

Great week!

We enjoyed our week at this property. We had no problems and everything we needed was accessible and provided. We enjoyed our days boating on the lake and at nights, cooking dinner and playing games. Jason was wonderful and helpful before and during our stay. It was a great week!

Stayed a week with friends and family and house was everything we could have asked for. Lots of lake toys and games to keep kids entertained. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

End of year gathering

House was perfect size in a quiet location on a dead end street adjacent to Lake Norman State Park. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare food for 9 adults, bathrooms all well stocked and with extra details. Everything was immaculately clean and very new, great space for a family get together. Jason was also very communicative and everything was seamless from booking thru checkout

Perfect Family Lake House

We absolutely loved this lake house. We brought 4 generations for a week at the lake, ages 4-72. The cove is quiet and family friendly. We enjoyed floating, fishing, and hanging out by the dock. The dock was great for the pontoon boat we rented. The lake was quiet and peaceful during the week. The beds were very comfy and the kids bedroom was a major hit for our granddaughter. We enjoyed the ping pong, darts, and golf simulator almost every evening and also enjoyed the deck and patio areas to just relax. Can't thank you enough for sharing your lake house with us! Lots of memories were made and we hope to come back some day.

Hakuna Matata!

This rental was all you could ask for! The property is beautiful and stocked with everything you would want in a vacation spot. The cove is quiet and peaceful. There are good restaurants a short boat drive from the house. We had no worries during our stay and the hosts were amazing to work with!

Fun for the whole family!

Great experience. House is clean and modern. Lots to do for all ages. Great location next to the state park. Easy access to the main lake from the cove. Property owner was responsive and communicated well if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, amazing memories

This home is beautiful. The layout is great. The kitchen is perfect for cooking meals. Everything you need is in this home. The dock was great for fishing and paddle boarding. The cove was quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. The only bad part was having to leave.

Great Facility

The house was clean and everything it was advertised to be in the pictures. We enjoyed the open concept for the kitchen and family room. The bedrooms were big and well furnished. Jason was an host. We liked the location on the lake as our main activity was fishing. We highly recommend this facility.
