The primary bedroom features one queen bed and a single person futon; the second bedroom includes one queen bed. Shared spaces include the driveway, front patio, back deck, and yard. Please note: To access the bedrooms, guests must be able to navigate a full flight of stairs. The sleeping areas are located on the upper level, which may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations.

Guests can check in at their convenience using a secure smart lock system. A unique access code will be provided before arrival, allowing keyless entry without the need to meet in person. This makes check-in easy, contactless, and flexible—perfect for late arrivals or varied travel schedules.
