Clean, basic room. Very poor soundproofing. I wish a Do Not Disturb sign had been provided. I was traveling for work and work swing shift. I was awakened both days by housekeeping repeatedly knocking on the door.

The staff was absolutely rude ! I waited at the airport for 2 hours on the shuttle and then got the the hotel and was refused stay because I simply asked to speak to a manager just to point out that I had waited for some time. The manager and owner are absolutely incompetent to run a hotel in a reputable manner.

Elevator was broken so we had to take the steps which wasn’t an issue front desk did try to accommodate and put us on the 2nd floor. Room was good no issues as we were only there for a few hours to catch an early flight
