Things to know
• Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.
• A valid state ID or driver’s license will be required upon booking.
• There is a security camera on the property.
• Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without prior approval from management. The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number originally booked.
House rules
• Local Residents: Guests residing within a 100-mile radius must contact the host prior to booking. Additional restrictions may apply.
• No Parties or Illegal Activity: House parties and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violations may result in a $500 fine.
• NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit and on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odor.
• Pet Policy
Pets are allowed at an additional ($130+ Tax) fee.
The guest must inform about the pet right after the reservation.
One pet (25 pound maximum limit) per unit max.
All dogs must remain on the leash while in public spaces. The pet owner must pick up all waste. Dogs must not exhibit excessive barking or other disturbing behaviors. The pet owner is responsible for all damages to the property.
Violations may result in a *$500 fee plus additional cleaning charges. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us in advance of their stay.
