• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out- Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
• No Events or Weddings- We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.

The space was beautiful and so comfortable! We spent hours on the patio looking out over the water. We loved there was so much seating in every space. The bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet! The host texted prior to our visit with a very easy check in and check out process and quickly answered any questions we had via text before and during our stay!

Lavish Lake Lounge was wonderful. The unit is in a prime location and the setting was quiet and lovely overlooking an inlet on Lake Norman. Everything was just as pictured- well appointed, super clean and very comfortable. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Lake Norman Getaway

Husband and I were checking out Lake Norman for the weekend. So close to lots of parks and shops. Friends from SC came up for a night to have dinner and the location was perfect! We walked to the Lake House restaurant and it was amazing!

Fabulous fall at Lake Norman

Staying a few days while we visit family for the holidays. The beds are comfy, & the extra blankets are cozy on the chilly nights. The place is spotless. We cooked a few side dishes to take to Thanksgiving as the kitchen is well equipped. Will be back.

Nice little get-a-way!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Southern Charm's condo at Lake Norman. The condo was clean, well stocked and the booking process went very well. Also, the condo was located in a good area of the lake. Lots of restaurants, etc. The best part for us was the view. The balcony on the 3rd floor was large enough to sit out and enjoy the water views and great sunsets! I highly recommend this condo unit.

Lavish Lake Lounge is very nice. Pics are accurate. We loved the view and sitting out on the porch overlooking a bit of Lake Norman. Communication with the host was excellent. Great and convenient location with easy access to nice restaurants, shops, grocery stores, coffee shops.

Peaceful lake retreat

The apartment stands at a third floor, its view of the lake is gorgeous, specially at dawn. Twenty four ducks said hello every morning. Two turtles and a bunch of trout are always close to the shore and easily seen from the comfort of the valcony. Highly recommended for anyone who seeks the peace of Lake Norman. It's my second time renting this place and I will definitely rent it again and again!. Congratulations to the Southern Charm team, you outdo yourselfs. Kind regards

Perfect size spot for our family group!

My parents and I stayed here with my two kids (both 3 years old and younger). It was the perfect setup for our group and really enjoyed our stay! Provided all the essentials, plus lots of snacks including some for my kids. Only thing I'd say was that the access code was not ready upon arrival. I had to call them to activate it for me. Overall, wonderful stay and would book again!

Relaxing Retreat

Very clean and well cared for property, exactly as pictured. The condo is very quiet, the furniture and beds are very comfortable, and the vaulted ceiling makes the place seem very spacious and airy. Loved staying here, and hope to return!

Great stay at Lake Norman

It's a beautiful apartment with easy access to because of the elevator. Comfortable with a great view of the lake. We had a wonderful experience having breakfast and dinner at the terrace. Clean, remarkable and comfortable are it's main features. We will definitely book it again! Thanks!

Fantastic location and views

My brother, sister & I did a sibling trip to Corneilius, NC. This property had 3 bedrooms, so each of us had our own bedroom. The condo was very nicely appointed with plenty of room for guests, and a nice gas fireplace, which we were able to use on a couple of cooler days. We loved sitting out on the balcony, which was along a portion of Lake Norman, to watch beautiful sunsets and just to enjoy the views. There was also a nice boardwalk trail, which we used several times. a lovely restaurant, Port City Club, was steps away from the condo, as well. We loved our 6 nights there. The only negatives were that the listing, which was on the 3rd floor, didn't mention that there was an elevator, which was great, as my sister had gone through a knee replacement surgery a few months before our stay. Also, there was a 'top load' washing machine that was on a stand/pedestal that was meant for a front load washer. I had to stand on a chair to reach inside - and then the lid hit the shelf above the washer, so it wouldn't stay open. Overall, it was a wonderful condo and we would definately stay there again!
