Affordable Luxury and Relaxation
The location of this beautiful home was perfect for our trip to check out the area around Lake Norman. The apartment was immaculate and exactly as described. We watched the gorgeous sunsets and sunrises here and took advantage of the floats. We would definitely recommend this listing to all of our friends and family.

Beautiful home, very nice accommodations!
This was my wife and I's first time to Lake Norman, celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Steve & Dawn's home is beautiful. The reservation was simple, hassle free, and fairly priced. We were also able to use (rent) their deck boat to do some sightseeing on the lake. The room/apartment is just as described. It was very clean, had plenty of room, and offered great views of the lake. Would definitely return to this property. Thank you both for a great weekend getaway!
The views are incredible but the furniture is super outdated.
Getting to the property is a little tough and I didn’t realize it was a basement of someone’s home. It didn’t provide the autonomy I expected as you couldn’t even adjust your own thermostat. The hosts seemed nice and were responsive to our communication and texts so that was a plus.
