Clean and pleasant room that was very comfortable to stay in. Easy parking right outside the room. Close to everything we needed to get to and a really beautiful area to explore. If you get a street-side room, there will be a lot of traffic noise but we found with the air conditioner and the supplied bedside sound generator, it was surprisingly easy to sleep through the night. The only difficulty we ran into was no clothes hanging or storage space which was inconvenient for the one day of business we had.

It was my first time visiting Lake Norman Hotel and The Landing Restaurant. I had spoken to a staff member ahead of time to make sure of my reservation. Very friendly and informative. I checked in after 3pm, but the staff had left an envelope on the office door for me. Thank you so much! My room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfy! I throughly enjoyed my stay! I loved sitting out on the patio the next morning with a cup of coffee. I hope to visit again soon!

Pictures are a bit misleading. The lake view rooms actually look across at houses and a sliver of lake. Rooms are very small. Think Microtel Inn if you've ever stayed at one. Staff was great. Bed was comfortable. There are tables and chairs outside the rooms on the lake side where you can listen to the country music from the reataurant below.

The room and overall facility were very clean, and access to the room was simple and convenient, which made check-in and getting settled easy. One downside was that you could hear noise from neighboring rooms, but the hotel did provide a white noise machine, which helped offset this issue. The TV and channel selection could use an update, as they felt a bit outdated. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and I would book this location again.
