Overall, this was a fine hotel. Rooms were comfortable, kitchenette was well stocked, refrigerator worked. Service was spotty: I experienced both excellent customer service (Tina) and poor customer service.

Our room was very clean. AC worked good. Beds were uncomfortable, sofa bed was old and worn. Adjoining room was loud several times in the middle of the night and early am hours. Parking is absolutely ridiculous. Having to validate tickets every time in and out with your car seems extreme. I've stayed at other Home 2 Suites and this one was disappointing. Breakfast was done very well daily with Megan. Exceptionally clean and efficient.

The property front door was hard to find, better instructions on the website would be great. The breakfast was often cold, the fruit looked horrible and the staff person both mornings, just looked like they would rather be anywhere but where they were. We have stayed at other Home 2 Suites and loved our stay. The breakfast was a real downer and the lack of staff that know how to smile brought the whole experience down. Not what we are used to.

I loved the hotel and my room. I would definitely stay here again. The access to the front of the hotel was a little confusing but overall I had a wonderful stay.
