Everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, and the hotel location was convenient for my needs. They have Keurig coffee makers (upon request) for the rooms if you like to travel with your preferred coffee (if you have a Keurig). Overall, I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express at 805 W Arrowood Rd in Charlotte.
