I booked this hotel through Expedia and had both a confirmation number and a message from the property, but when I arrived late at night the front desk could not find my reservation. I had to wait quite a long time in the lobby, which was frustrating after a long travel day. I had reserved a room with two queen beds but was given a king instead. When I asked about it the next day, the response at reception came across as a bit dismissive, as though I should be grateful to have received a room at all. I had even called Expedia and confirmed the reservation. The room itself had some issues—the air conditioning was very noisy, didn’t cool effectively, and stopped working at times. The property overall feels dated, and the balcony/patio area was unfortunately very dirty, with cobwebs and insects.

Grateful for Great Service

This was our 2nd time staying at Fairfield in the last few months. Both times, the service was awesome. Very individualized and caring by each hotel employee we met. The hotel is pretty basic. Clean. Modern. Not fancy. But we returned because if the service! Specifically, we want to give a shout out to: -- Front Desk: Karla, Nicole and Brandon -- Kitchen: Cheryl -- Chief Engineer: Kiran Also, the breakfast is better than most because Cheryl always has frittatas and quiches!
