Bedrooms
Both bedrooms are decorated in soothing colors with modern furniture, so you can sleep well and wake up rested.

Each room has a full-size ironing board, an iron or steamer, a portable fan and a space heater, so you can adjust the temperature to your own comfort. The whole unit also has central heating and air conditioning.
Living room
The family room has a sectional sofa with chaise lounge, a Roku TV so you can log in to your own streaming apps, and a large ottoman. The ottoman doubles as a hideaway bed that is sized for a child.
Linens for the chaise and hideaway bed are available on request, so just message us. There is also a small workstation where you can answer emails, join a video call or finish a report.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking. You`ll find a four-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils and dining-ware, plus a Keurig coffee maker for slow mornings.
There`s a separate dining area, so you can sit down to a proper meal. This is a big help on longer stays, when eating out every night gets old and expensive.
Laundry
A washer and dryer are located in the unit`s hallway, and we provide a starter supply of detergent. Pack lighter and stay as long as you like.
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms, tub or shower, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash. Add whatever you need to take a shower.
Safety and peace of mind
A fire extinguisher and first-aid kit are kept in the unit.
The community
You also have access to the community pool. It`s a nice way to cool off in the summer or give kids some energy-burning time.
Occupancy Guidelines
The following are a few guidelines we request every guest to adhere to:
• No Parties or Events
• Do Not Use the Premises for Any illegal Activity
• No Smoking in the home, common hallway or amenity spaces. No exceptions
• Damages Exceeding the Deposit Amount Will Be Billed To The Guest
• Turn Lights Off And A.C/Heat to 65 degrees When Away
• No pets are allowed as this is a pet free home.
• Please do not rearrange our furniture. If you do, please put them back in the original location prior to vacating.
• No mailbox access will be provided. Please do not have mail sent here as this is temporary living arrangement
