Had to change rooms because the 1st room had nasty stuff all ove the base of the bed abd floor.. 2nd room needed a clean top cover which i went downstairs and got a new one and replaced it. The manager on duty was the best!!

When my family checked in, we were greeted by Jeffery. He was very welcoming and made sure we were taken care of at check-in. Also, it was nice, after a travel day and long day at Carowinds, to have the pull out sofa already turned down. I personally thanked the housekeeper for doing this. We stay in numerous hotels across the country and this was the first time this was done. We will definitely return!

This was not a great experience. It was okay but just. The crowd was pretty bad. Some weirdos roaming around. I didn't feel all that safe at times. The room was small and especially the bathroom was very crampted. There was no luggage cart available when I went to check out. They had all mysteriously vanisned for an extended period of time. Had to use a laundry hamper with broken wheels with the desk chair. Pretty awful. Oh and I didn't mention the prostitute...
