Dirty room, trash (and a random brick?) under the bed, stains on the bed spread, carpet and curtains- and a large brown crumbly almost leaking water stain over the bathroom toilet, from the upstairs toilet I think. Shower was in disrepair as well. Do not recommend.

It was a good room and the staff was amazing. I felt the $25 a day per dog was excessive, but had to pay it. Ended stay a day early due to inbound weather, but was not advised if I would be refunded for one day and pet fees. Had some loud people in the hall one night for a prolonged period and since we were by the office I assumed it would be futile to complain.
