Very nice home. Quiet neighborhood. Renter stayed in communication throughout our stay. Well worth the money. Will rent here again for future vacations.

When we got there we found dead roaches in the house. The whole place wasn't cleaned and we ended up sanitizing the whole house. The host lived in a small house behind the house we rented and we told him about the roaches and we told him about broken light fixtures that didn't work. He informed us that his property manager will contact us, we never heard from them. When we talked to him and we told him that we were there to celebrate our brother and was going to have a small group of people over for our cookout for the family. We had family come over and when they were leaving we received a text saying that we had more people in the house that wasn't on the list of the people who were staying there and no one could visit us. We explained that it was a family celebration that I had informed the owner of. Also we had to leave some things that we couldn't travel with and everything we left was not open or used and I'm sure the cleaning staff could use the items. We cleaned the house better than we found it. Since we have left the property in June we haven't heard anything back from the owner and no response about our deposits that we paid. I wouldn't recommend this property.

The property was good for the size of group that we had however, the supplies that was provided was very limited. The linens, the towels there was no iron. There was bugs in the house and the house is supposed to sleep 13 to 15 people, but they were not enough cups and plates to accommodate that amount of people.
