Our family of 6 enjoyed our recent stay. The property was easy to find, and it is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We liked that two of the bedrooms are downstairs, which was helpful for the grandparents. The home was clean and our stay was comfortable!

Way overpriced and huge disappointment

Listed as having a hot tub, but NO. We chose this property and paid lots more BECAUSE IT HAD A HOT TUB. Owners refusing to give more than 50 refund. House was dirty. Dirt hanging from bathroom vents and A/C grate. Vent fans made such a horribe rattling noise, we couldn't use them.Glasses and pans dirty. Miscellaneous crap everywhere - like paint in kitchen cabinet, motor oil over washer. Disgusting hair dryer full of someone's hair. Woefully insufficiently stocked to prepare and/or eat meals. Toaster broken. Use of cutting board expressly required, but none provided.Texted owner and was told "Walmart is just down the street." Phone number in VRBO listing was wrong, and owners refused to respond to multiple messages. Sent email after departure and received nothing but lame excuses for all the issues. This house could be nice, but it seems the owners just don't care and just want to sit back and collect the money. And it's definitely not worth what they're charging.

We were here for high school graduation. The area is quiet and we felt very safe. We were able to walk the neighborhood although they have no sidewalks. Joyce and David provided water and snacks which was very appreciated. We will definitely stay here again.

Wedding weekend

This home and neighborhood are absolutely fantastic for a nice family function, our daughter was married at Carmel CC just up the road and this location was perfect. And the hosts were very responsive, left some snacks and bottled water for us, which was well received after a long drive! Definitely the place to stay if we are back that way!

Great home base for wedding weekend

We stayed here with our adult kids/spouses for a family wedding weekend. It was a great spot for hanging out in between events and had space for meals and playing games and enjoying the beautiful sunny backyard. Nothing flashy here, but clean, comfortable and everything we needed.

Great Location for Charlotte Visit

Our family came to visit my daughter and see the new baby. We were just a mile from her house so it was very convenient. The house had plenty of room, and the beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of towels and linens. We would definitely say here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautifully decorated, soothing atmosphere. Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, near by shopping, grocery stores, coffee shops and eateries. Very easy check-in and checkout process, no hassle. Great owner hospitality. Would definitely recommend 10 out 10!

Compassion and perfect

We got stuck in Denver from the 2022 blizzard. They allowed us to extend our stay and didn’t charge us. Clean, small amenities-like water bottles and coffee and laundry soap were sooooo appreciated. Will DEFINITELY stay here again

This home is everything as described in reviews. Clean, convenient to shopping and very spacious. We especially liked the big back manicured lawn for our grandchildren to run around. We will definitely put this on our list of homes to stay in while in Charlotte.

Excellent property for large family (7 adults)

My husband and I stayed with our 5 adult children ( ages 21-27) for 3 nights. They checked us out so I am hoping all went well. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Always tough to find a property with multiple beds and bathrooms In addition to privacy but bigger families out there.. this is the one for you. One of our children relocated here so it was a good home base and only 15 min from his apt. It was also helpful to be able to take a nap because we certainly can’t keep up with them any longer. ( meaning bedrooms away from one another) Plenty of living space. Clean. ( I am a clean freak) Green space ( plenty with outdoor seating for 4-5 if I remember correctly. A solid 20 to Charlotte. Spent some time in NoDa at a brewery and walking around ( great vibes/art murals) ( Vegan/ vegetarian options) Prompt communication. Accurate description of property on site. Friendly neighbors and safe. Parking for 2-3 cars. Negatives; Firmer pillows could help One loner roach near door in living room. ( to be expected in south, my stepson rescued it and brought it outside) Maybe an extra chair for outside seating. Thank you. Gretchen and Erik in New England

Fantastic

The location was located near everything you could ask for when on vacation. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood that is absolutely beautiful. The only thing that we could recommend is some new kitchen knives. This house is a 10 for sure.

Property was clean and smelled great. Plenty of towels but could not find towels for kitchen. No soap for dishwasher. Beds were great but sheets were not put on one bed. Loved having a washer dryer. Internet worked great. Excellent location for our events. Will rent again.
