Whether you’re lounging in the sun or jumping into the lake for some fun, the outdoor space is designed to bring everyone together, offering different areas for both socializing and adventure.

Off the main level, the expansive deck is ideal for outdoor gatherings. It features multiple seating options, including two tables that seat up to 10 people, plus Adirondack chairs for relaxing with a lake view. After a day on the water, relax by the stone fire pit—perfect for making s’mores and sharing stories from your lake adventures (firewood provided). A short walk further down brings you to a private beach area, where Adirondack chairs await just steps from the water.

For hours of fun, take advantage of the free access to corn hole and Connect Four, perfect for getting the group together and making memories.

Inside, Butler Bliss offers a spacious, open-concept living area with a vaulted great room and a stunning lakeside wall of windows that lets in natural light and breathtaking views. The main level offers a primary bedroom with an en-suite bath and a cozy separate sleeping area with a bunk bed and a full bed, ideal for both adults and kids. Upstairs, three more bedrooms and one full bath provide ample space for the whole group.

The upper level is designed for relaxation, with plush bedding and pillows to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The kid-friendly bunk room includes two sets of bunk beds (sleeping 4) and a TV, while the other two bedrooms each offer fantastic lake views—one with a king bed and the other with two queen beds.

- For boat rentals, please reach out to us at least 24 hours before your stay.
- Life jackets in various sizes are available on site, along with a paddle board, 2 oars, a single kayak, and 2 paddles.
- Spices/Oils, Etc: These items are not guaranteed. Sometimes they are left behind and available, but they are cleaned out regularly.
- This property has steps that may be difficult to navigate for young children and older adults. Please proceed with care and be aware of your surroundings.
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances.
- Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
