Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all bedding on the beds. Take out the trash - the outdoor bin is located next to the garage. Wash any used dishes and cookware. Ensure all windows and doors are locked before you leave.
A 30min grace period is provided. After that, a $50 hourly check out fee will apply until noon, at which point the full security deposit may be forfeited unless prior arrangements have been approved.

Everything was as listed. Host was very easy to communicate with. Even when one of the smoke detector batteries was dying they provided replacements immediately. Would recommend and would stay again.
