Staff was extremely pleasant. We stayed 3 days. Cleanliness and comfort need some work. Beds are firm, people need to know that. Sheets are what I call ‘starchy’, not soft, and are itchy. I slept on towels. The only chair is a desk type. No place to relax to watch tv but the bed. Not good for snacking. No microwave. Breakfast not included in all prices points??? All things to be considered for multi day stays. Cleanliness. Surface clean. Mold in between shower tiles, coffee maker had massive buildup. Lights above sink , lot of bugs and just not clean. Chairs in lobby, yellow, are really bad, wouldn’t sit in them. Had a difficult time trying to add a night. Hotel said I had to go thru Expedia to do that, long story, wasn’t fun. Tv was a major problem. Had to call front desk for restarts. It would just shut off sometimes. Like the last 30 seconds of a playoff game. First time at an Aloft. Not sure if I would recommend.

Really beautiful hotel, surrounded by a nice view and shopping area. Downstairs bar open until 12 & lobby has a pool table! Front desk was a little subpar on the CS but everything else was amazing.

Noise in the building is a little loud at times, especially dogs barking. It’s a pet friendly hotel and attracts alot of dog owners. It would be nice if they confined the animals to one floor. Someone on our floor left their dog in the room all day by himself and he was barking a lot. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast for a fee was reasonable and the common area in the lobby lounge is nicely decorated and comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable for sleeping. Everything worked as it should in our room. I don’t recommend the shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided for people who are sensitive because they have a strong perfume scent.
