The perfect spot for family & friends. Great location. Cozy/comfy beds, large sofas, large smart TV's, fully stocked kitchen, & outdoor fun. Enjoy easy access to everything Lake Norman! Minutes from Jetton Park, Ramsey Creek Park, and Blythes Landing where you can launch your boat or jet skis. After a day at the lake, sit back at our fire pit with hanging egg chairs, play ping pong in our game shed, or relax in our thoughtfully designed cottage with newly remodeled bathrooms and cozy bedrooms. You'll be tucked away in the peaceful refuge of our home, but close enough to immerse yourself in our beautiful town. Charlotte just 20 miles!

We had a nice stay although I would hesitate to stay with more people than us in a party. The bathroom in the bedroom is just tiny and there is no counter space so we generally used the hallway bathroom. It would have been nice to have a bathroom with an updated shower and some counter space to store your hygiene items. The indoor space was clean and comfortable with a nice-sized kitchen; however, it appears the backyard sitting area has not been cleaned of debris in a while so we didn’t do any outside sitting. And the road the house is on is quite busy so there’s a lot of street noise. I would be very tentative about staying there with children. In general, the property was what we needed so it served our purposes — we were not there very much honestly. Potential tenants should be aware of the size if traveling with more than three. And Shirley, the owner, was very pleasant to communicate with. Thank you.
