Over the hotel was great. Unfortunately we just got in our room and the neighbors started smoking pot. The management moved us to another room which was nice but the people above us must of had a child with insomnia because they were running back and forth from 9:30 until I finally called the front desk about 11PM to see if they could do something. i guess they may have talked with them because It got better for about 15 minutes. Unfortunately it started back of and continued until 12:30 it finally stopped. Resumed the next morning. Why can’t people be considerate? Make your children behave. Smoke your pot outside. I count on the staff to be my advocate when another guest is infringing on my right to gave quiet after 10PM

Mixed review. Stayed twice at same location. Going and coming from Mi. First visit was great. Clean, decent breakfast. Second stay, not the same. First room had some horrible noise coming from a vent. Maintenance couldn’t explain it either. Moved us to another room on same floor. It didn’t smell good, the walls were very dirty and next to ice machine. We’ve now unpacked twice and I’ve already run down the hall once in my pjs. Not doing it again. Breakfast, no hot water for tea, gravy was there but no biscuits. Whatever the eggs were supposed to be were black. I didn’t make a fuss about the rooms, told them nicely at desk . I am not one that makes up stuff to get everything free. I do feel some adjustment should have been made and an apology from morning clerk should have been automatic.

I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness . I can’t stand dirty walls or corners with build up. ( I was an inspector). This room met my standards! Haven’t had the breakfast yet.

The room was clean. Stayed at the location in Hurricane WV and GPS could not locate the hotel, need to have better directions. The room key doesn't work after hours on the outside door. The mirror in the bathroom has a very dim light, hard to see to put makeup on.
