Everything about my stay was wonder. The lady working the front desk was very helpful and friendly. My room was spotless and very comfortable. Oh, and the coffee was superb! Better than any other hotel coffee I've had. I will definitely be staying at Wingate by Windham any time I visit Hurricane.

The room was freezing cold, we got the heater to work in the morning but it was a very cold night. Then we were woken by loud cleaning in the next room at 8:30. The front desk staff was unconcerned by this and wished me luck getting any kind of refund from the third party site.

We felt safe at this hotel. The room was super clean, the beds were comfy, and the walk-in shower was wonderful. We had a pet-friendly room. The breakfast was just Okay. The cinnamon toast slices were cold and hard, but the cooked eggs and sausage were good. We will definitely stay here again!
