This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Not for families or adults. Pictures were accurate but home is very run down: all walls are very dirty, sofa is very dirty, some lights not working, outside is very dirty. To be fair, “spot” cleanliness inside (fridge, bedsheets, bathrooms) was ok, but the walls, outside and sofa, give you a wrong perception and experience. Also the house is very noisy at night, it has another rental unit on top and you can hear the steps from upstairs until they go to bed (in our case 1/2 am as we had two groups of young adults during our stay). Just to be clear the problem is the noise insulation, not fhe particular groups we shared time with. Location is great if you want to be in the “hip” up & coming area of town (lots of cool “new” restaurants/bakery/bars) and you can uber/drive 10 mins to the historic town, we liked it. Check in/out smooth, good communication.
