This funky two story home is the second unit in a duplex, with its own private entrance and plenty of personality. Here's what you can expect:

Downstairs:

* Spacious living room with a pull out queen sofa bed—perfect for lounging, game nights, or movie marathons.

* A collection of books, board games, and arcade-style fun for all ages.

* Laundry area with washer and dryer for your convenience.

Upstairs:

* Two cozy bedrooms with comfy beds and bold, eclectic artwork.

* Full bathroom with all the essentials.

* Fully equipped (but compact) kitchen with everything you need to whip up a meal. You'll also find a beverage station stocked with regular and decaf coffee, assorted teas, sugar, and creamer.

* Outdoor deck with a fire table and seating—perfect for watching Netflix under the stars (yes, there's high-speed internet and streaming available!).

I live on the property in the other unit with two roommates. We're a quiet bunch and mostly keep to ourselves, so you'll have plenty of privacy during your stay.
