Staff really nice at hotel n casino. Room clean but bathroom had quite a few stray hairs … didn’t like that! Casino slots many break down n long delays to get service. Food choices: fast food greasy food. OK for a quick roadside stop but certainly NOT a destination

The property was undergoing construction so check-in was quite noisy. We should have been given earplugs honestly. And the front desk operators definitely should have worn them-OSHA would not have approved the conditions at all. With all that said, the room was great and all other areas were nice as well. The restaurant was amazing too! I’ll be back! (And I’m sure the lobby will be gorgeous)

The hotel staff were extremely friendly, from the front desk to security to housekeeping, always saying hi and engaging in conversation. The food inside the casino was very affordable and extremely good. You don’t usually see that in casinos. The casino is small but I do prefer having that instead of all the crowds. The room was very modern and for the most part clean, I did find like three long hairs on the shower walls and it wasn’t me since I have no hair. I would definitely be back again when I’m in the are.

This is a beautiful hotel even with all of the construction going on. A few issues that need worked on. There was no coffee no matter what time you stopped by, for a casino you would think they would want people awake. Breakfast is not served until 7am. This is too late if people have to work or get back on the road. There were no Black jack consoles in the Casino. A lot of people would sit and drink and play for hours if there were. This is why they go to Wheeling Island. The restraunt was not open except days of the week. WHY.
