Charged another $10 at the hotel for parking after paying for the hotel before the trip. No where on your site or at booking did it disclose the parking fee. I will not use hotels.com in the future if the $10 is not refunded to me. The price I paid on the app included all taxes and fees!!!!

Whle the rooms were updated, the hotel itself seemed very old. Thin walls, people yelling. The HVAC wouldn't shut off in our room, the thermostat kept sticking. Good size TV screen and beds were fine.

Minuses: 1) Bed sheets had a lot of hair on it. 2) The sink didn't offer hot water because it would stop releasing water when you turned it to hot 3) couldn't shut off the air control unit (even when off) because it was so loud.
