Courteous staff, clean and comfortable room. Two things we didn't like: 1. It sounded like the guests in the adjoining room were inside our room. Apparently very little sound-proofing between rooms. The next-door neighbors talked loudly, late into the night. 2. The breakfast was not unique to the region. No biscuits. The omelets are not as good as the scrambled eggs you used to serve. Hampton Inn breakfasts used to be better.

Room was reasonably clean and staff was very kind (my toddler ran up to someone using a dust mop and they let him help out for a quick minute.) My family was able to enjoy the pool and hot tub during our visit, with both being well maintained and clean towels available The breakfast buffet was a huge hit with my daughter who enjoyed the waffles. I appreciated the location, as it had stores and many restaurants. While traveling, its a huge help to have those options. The tv in the room was a smart tv so my kids were able to enjoy (our) disney+ during our stay as well.

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The property was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, and although I did need to request a full clean on one occasion, the staff responded promptly and resolved the matter efficiently. The pool was a wonderful addition, and the breakfast offered an excellent selection of both hot and cold options. While the hot tub appeared slightly dated, the outdoor fire pit provided a lovely atmosphere in the evenings. The availability of tea and coffee throughout the day was also a thoughtful touch. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would not hesitate to book again.
