check in went fine although it was surprising to see a $50 incidental feel tagged on that will be "refunded" after we leave as long as we don't make any purchases in lobby. I don't see the need for that. Room was ok. Dated and bathroom found dried blood on floor along with hairs that didn't belong to us. Carpet didn't appear to have been vacuumed and I am not sure if the furnithre has been wiped down at all since there was a layer of dust.

The evening staff were not very friendly towards us upon our arrival. We were offered water after they discovered we were rewards members. But not before. The breakfast buffet was not stocked in many things so we had to ask for juice, milk, and coffee. We all felt sick because of the poor air quality, and we noticed other patrons were all sneezing and coughing at breakfast. There were particles in the water from the bathroom sink. We didn’t feel the room cleanliness was good.

The breakfast was not good at all it was cold, just not the same as any other Hampton we've stayed in. Limited options. We did like the staff they were very nice and offered us Waters or Cokes and things that we wanted were easily accessible at the front desk. The bed was super comfortable but the shower was super small and kind of dirty at the grout. It's an older property so I expected it to look like it's age but it was clean. The pool was closed ice makers out of order it needs some work for sure. Elevator a little sketchy it would stop so I was afraid we were going to get stuck in it. Homeless people walking around the property. Better security I would recommend
