Top floor condo (end unit)with incredible views over the Folly marsh. Nestled between two bridges and set conveniently just off Folly Road, so quiet and peaceful! Located only one mile to the beach and shopping. Across the street are kayak and paddleboard rentals as well as a seafood restaurant and a seafood market. Walking and bike lanes heading in each direction from the condo.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean and stocked with all household supplies you need to have carefree time settling in.

Master suite has queen bed, TV/Nexflix, ceiling fan and a private full bathroom with shower & tub.

Second bedroom has a queen bed, TV/Netflix, ceiling fan, marsh-view and full bathroom with shower & tub which is adjacent to the bedroom door.

Kitchen is equipped with Keurig coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, cookware and dishware with granite countertops.

Laundry nook with stacked large capacity washer and dryer, detergent, iron and ironing board. Household supplies included.

We enjoyed our 9 nights stay at the condo. Among the pros are: Jennifer was a great host, very responsive, helpful, the check-in and check-out were easy; the condo is cozy, comfortable, and clean; there is a nice view from the terrace; a good (and no fuss) seafood restaurant is just across the street from the condo; Folly Beach is just 1 mile away- an easy bike ride! Note: the covered parking has also a pad lock where one can store bikes!Cons: the noisy AC/ heating unit outside one of the two bedroom made sleeping uncomfortable. A sensitive sleeper would have an issue, a child may not; the kitchen and living areas are small, and the kitchen lacks a few essentials (Jennifer kindly provided some bakeware and a fruit bowl). Not a problem for a family of 2, but may be a bit crammed for a family with kids. On overall a pleasant stay. Many thanks to Jennifer.

We had a wonderful stay and everything was perfect. Great location for a girls weekend. Would def recommend this location. Will say if you’re over the age of 65 I would recommend a lower floor. We are 45 yrs old and climbing those stairs lol was intense.

This is a very comfortable setting. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch for morning coffee and evening drinks. It is a calming place. The unit is well stocked. You do have to climb stairs but we felt it was worth it to be on the 3rd floor looking out on the marsh land. Directions to the complex were very clear. We would stay here again. Thank you for a beautiful place to relax and unwind.

Could of been better

Host was very responsive but the unit was bare bones. A few pods of coffee, only fake creamer nothing in pantry but a very few basic things. The biggest disappointment was no table to sit at. The host was quick to bring kitchen towels and Kleenex but wish I didn’t have to ask. The little conveniences make a big difference

Spring Break!

This place was great! Amazing views just like the review said. Chairs, beach mat and boogie board all in the closet. The only thing is that there are no beach towels- only shower towels if that matters to you. Everything was great and perfectly set between Charleston and folly beach. I’m a 22 year old female who came with my friends and this place was perfect! Would absolutely recommend.

Great Place Great Location

The condo was as advertised and perfectly suited for our needs. The location was percent, about 10 minutes to downtown Charleston and 3 minutes to Folly Beach. Serene views from the balcony. Easy check in, great hosts that were very communicative. Would definitely stay there again!
