We did not have breakfast with our room. The staff was amazing! The room was very clean! My complaint is you reserve a suite. Our family was meeting in the middle from NC and Ohio. One nephew works for Residence Inn so we have stayed there often. I was shocked when we got to the suite with the kitchen -no dishsoap no dishtowels not a cup not a spoon nothing! In the kitchen. Very disappointing!! You need to step it up! If you advertise a kitchen it should have much needed items!

The stay once we finally arrived was good. Initially, we were upset because the shuttle left us at the airport and didn't return. We were accomodated afterwards. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and all was well. There was a slight leak in the restroom sink but it did not effect my stay. Breakfast was good and delivery was quick.

The property was disgusting. First our toilet was broken. I fixed it, it broke again for good after hours where maintenance couldn’t come until morning. Mold was in the bathtub and the air condition sounded like a space ship taking off. Beware.

The hotel needs major updates. My room felt a bit musty. A few of the machines in the gym were out of order as well. It was honestly just okay. The location is excellent, which is why I chose the hotel, however the newly constructed hotels in the valley / outside of downtown might be a little nicer.

Great place to stay. Our room was clean with a nice view of the city. Breakfast was a little undesirable ,but it makes up for it with the sports bar attached to the hotel. It had great food and drinks.

I felt like the pictures online were a bit deceiving. The equipment in the fitness center is ancient and the rooms are quite outdated. There seemed to be difficulties with their key card system, and the food and beverage service was, let’s say, less than welcoming. The food was average at best, just be careful if making a special request because there’s a high probability it won’t be what you ordered.
